10 FOODS THAT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT FOR GOOD

1. 2 spoons of cinnamon each day as infusion or to spice up a meal, lower glucose(sugar) levels in bloodstream.

2. hot chillies used as condiment for meals release the hormones that control the suppression of hunger.

3. garlic, ginger and turmeric used to prepare chicken, vegetables, stir-fries block the absorption of fat through the intestine and are highly anti-biotic.

4. avocados are healthy fatty fruits that should be eaten 1 every week to decrease the bad cholesterol levels of the body and augment the beneficial lipids for the heart.They also have lutein.
